An Early Carcinoma and Tuberculosis Associated with
Chronic Peptic Ulcer of the Stomach

Abstract
|
|
|
It is estimated for many investigators that carcinmaotous change arising in the chronic peptic ulcer of the stomach is less than 5% of incidence.
More over, it is a very rare case that tuberculous lesion associated with those, chronic peptic ulcer and carcinomatous change in the stomach.
We found, incidentally, those lessions in the subtotally gastrectomized specimen for surgical treatment of stomach cancer, and report this case with brief review on the literatures.
